Dee Amateurs v Broomhill BC
Amateur new boys Dee continued their onslaught on the Division Three title with a hard-fought victory over a stubborn Broomhill side. Broomhill’s early lead given to them by Niall Benzahia was cancelled out by goals from Dee’s front two. Ryan Hall equalised in the first-half before Kieran Will scored a free kick after the interval. The scoring was rounded off by Hall again to secure another three points for Dee.

Insch Claim the Stephen Shield
Insch manager Malky Mackie was absolutely thrilled to have won their first trophy in five years when they beat Rattrays by the narrowest of margins. In a game of few chances it was the country team that scored the decisive goal 15 minutes from the end from the unlikely boot of Dave Duthie after Rattrays defence failed to clear the ball.
Woodside Lift the AFC Trophy
Derek Craigie scored the only goal of the game as Woodside retained the Aberdeen Trophy Centre Aberdeen FC Trophy. The winner came early in the second half, turning the tables on Cove Thistle who had beaten Woodside in the North of Scotland Cup final just seven days ago.

Cove Thistle Lift North of Scotland Cup
Woodside took an early lead with a tremendous shot that left the keeper Derek McKenzie motionless. Cove Thistle came back from this early Woodside strike to go 2 – 1 ahead with a double from Esson before half time. The game ended 2 -2 after 90 mins, with Cove wining it with a cultured left foot curling pass into the net by Fettes in the first half of extra time.
