The composition of the leagues for season 2009/10 was confirmed at the AGM on 2nd July. Four new clubs have joined the Association for the new season – Grandholm, Torphins, West End Electrical and Westhill.

Stoneywood SSC resigned from membership of the Association on 30th June. A play-off match will therefore take place between the two teams who finished in third place in Division One in season 2008/09, Dyce and FC Geldie, in order to decide who takes up the final place in the Premier Division in season 2009/10. The date for the play-off match between Dyce and FC Geldie will be advised in due course. Stoneywood SSC’s resignation also means that University Colts are promoted to Division One and Fintray Thistle are promoted to Division Two.

The confirmed leagues for season 2009/10 are set out below. There are two name changes for the new season with Glendale XI now called United Services Glendale XI and Deva Dons changing to Scotstown Rovers.
