Fixtures for 8th and 9th May

The North of Scotland Cup Final between Sportsmans Club and Kincorth will take place this Sunday at Allan Park, Cove. Kick-off is at 2.00pm.

Results for 5th May

Tarves collected the Stephen Shield after a convincing 5-1 win over Torry United. Woodside were confirmed as Division One (East) champions following their victory against Blackburn. Sportsmans Club defeated Kincorth 4-3 to go into the Aberdeen FC Trophy semi finals while Rothie Rovers will face Rattrays XI in the last four of the Dickie Trophy following their 6-3 quarter-final win against Trophies International.

Fixtures for 5th May

Next week’s midweek games see a host of cup fixtures as we move into the closing stages of most competitions. On Wednesday the winners of Saturday’s semi final between Tarves or University Colts will meet Torry United in the Stephen Shield final. A number of fixtures will be finalised after games on Saturday and Monday so please check the list carefully.

Results for 3rd May

Rattrays XI eased past Burghmuir to reach the quarter finals of the AFC Trophy. Echt and Bon Accord City both won through to the same stage of the Association Trophy while Nicolls Ams defeated Newtonhill and are now just one win from the final. Banchory, Cove Thistle and Westdyke were all winners in the Premier Division. Lads Club Ams kept up their league challenge with a 3-1 win at Highland Hotel.

Cove Thistle 2 – 5 Echt

Echt will meet Bon Accord City in the final of the inaugural John Todd Memorial Trophy after overcoming Cove in a high-scoring affair at Catto Park. The visitors goals were supplied by Yackiminie, Pawlett, McLoed, Murray and Leith while Thom and Little got the replies for the home team.

Results for 1st May

Tarves will meet Torry United in the final of the Stephen Shield at Hillhead on Wednesday evening after a single goal victory against University Colts. Echt and Bon-Accord City will contest the inaugural final of the John Todd Memorial Trophy at Heathryfold later this month after both winning their semi-finals on Saturday and Portlethen United defeated Ferryhill to reach the last four of the Dickie Trophy.

Woodside White Cup Win

Woodside came out deserved winners in their clash with Blackburn in the White Cup Final at Hillhead. Stephen Jack scored two and Randolh Ross one as Woodside ran out 3-0 winners.

Results for 28th April

Woodside collected the White Cup after beating Blackburn 3-0. Echt went top of the Premier Division as they won and Bon Accord City drew. Division One (North) leaders Beacon Rangers were 3-1 winners while Tarves remain their closest challengers after beating Hazlehead Utd 3-0. Kintore enjoyed a 2-0 win at Postal. Hilton and Lads Club Ams both won to keep the pressure on Rattrays XI in Division Two (North).

Hazlehead Utd 1 – 4 Kincorth (AET)

Kincorth will meet Sportsmans Club in the North of Scotland Cup final after an extra time win in Sunday’s semi final. Hazlehead Utd took an early through David Macklin but this was quickly cancelled out by Ryan Law. Two extra time goals from Andrew Gove and one from Tommy Davie saw Kincorth through to a 4-1 win in.

Fixtures for 1st May

The John Todd Memorial Trophy semi finals will take place this Saturday with Cove Thistle hosting Echt and Bon Accord City going to Kincorth. In the AFC Trophy it’s Cowie Thistle v Newtonhill and Sportsmans Club v Hazlehead Utd in the fourth round. Highland Hotel welcome Rothie Rovers to Beach Park in the third round of the Dickie Trophy and Ferryhill go to Nicol Park to take on Portlethen Utd in a quarter final. University Colts travel to Tarves with the winner going through to meet Torry Utd in the Stephen Shield final.
