The Association Medal for 2009 has been awarded to Terry Massie, Secretary of Kincorth FC.
Kincorth celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2009 and the Association Medal was awarded to Terry in recognition of the 25 years of outstanding service which he has given to the club since it was founded in 1984. In addition to his work on behalf of Kincorth, Terry also served on the Executive Committee of the AAFA for many years and was the Association’s Vice-President between 2000 and 2007.
The Medal was presented to Terry by Jim Napier, Association President, at the General Committee Meeting of all clubs on 21st January.
The Association Medal has been awarded annually by the Aberdeenshire Amateur Football Association since 1991 in recognition of outstanding service. A full list of previous winners can be found in our Roll of Honour.
